2. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
Cloudflare
We host our website through cloud hosting via the service Cloudflare Workers (Server-Side Rendering) and use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of the provider Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (hereinafter "Cloudflare"). Our online shop subdomain uses Cloudflare Pages.
The CDN ensures that the contents of our website are delivered faster via a worldwide, distributed server network. In addition, Cloudflare protects our systems from malicious traffic.
To provide this service, Cloudflare records the data traffic between your browser and our website. Technical protocol data (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type used) are temporarily processed. This processing is strictly necessary to ensure the security and stability of the web offering.
Legal basis: The use of Cloudflare is based on our legitimate interest in providing our online offering in an error-free, fast, and secure manner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
3. Cookies and Consent Management (Klaro!)
Our website uses the privacy-friendly open-source tool "Klaro!" to obtain consent for external services (like the Spotify player). Klaro! runs locally on our systems and does not send any data to external servers. The tool stores your selected preferences exclusively in your local browser (local storage or cookie) so that you do not have to be asked again on future visits.
4. Plugins and External Tools
Spotify Embed Player
A player from the music service Spotify (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, SE-111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) is integrated on this website. This player is only loaded after your explicit consent via our consent banner (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). If you consent, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Spotify servers. Spotify thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address.
Bandsintown (Tour Dates)
We use the programming interface (API) of Bandsintown Inc., 457 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217, USA, to display our live tour dates. To protect your privacy, the tour dates are queried server-side (Server-Side Rendering) by our Cloudflare Worker and delivered as finished text to your browser. Your browser does not establish a direct contact with Bandsintown's servers when simply viewing the tour list; your IP address is therefore not transmitted to Bandsintown. Only when you click the "Tickets" button will you be redirected to Bandsintown's platform. From that point on, Bandsintown's privacy policy applies.
Spreadshop (shop.cy-he.de)
For our official merch shop, we use the sales platform of sprd.net AG, Gießerstraße 27, 04229 Leipzig, Germany ("Spreadshirt"). The shop is integrated into our layout under the custom subdomain shop.cy-he.de. When you visit the shop page, your browser loads scripts directly from Spreadshirt's servers to display products and the shopping cart. Spreadshirt processes your IP address and browser data. Spreadshirt is the sole contractual partner for processing orders, payments, and shipping. The data processing within the purchase process is subject to Spreadshirt's privacy policy.
